2. Receive a Quote We’ll provide a personalized quote based on your choices.
3. We Begin Crafting Once payment is confirmed and received, we’ll start making your order in our studio in Scotland. We’ll send you a photo of the finished item before shipping so you can request any final adjustments. Production usually takes 1–2 weeks.
4. Delivery or Pickup When you're happy with the final piece, we’ll ship it to you — or if you prefer, you’re welcome to pick it up in person at Braw.
