Refund & Returns Policy

At Braw Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, stains, or any other signs of wear.
• Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Similar conditions are commonly used by UK boutiques to ensure returned items remain suitable for resale. 
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
• Earrings and pierced jewellery
• Underwear and intimate garments
• Swimwear with removed hygiene seals
• Gift cards
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Final Sale or Clearance items
Your statutory rights regarding faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are not affected.
How to Request a Return

• Your order number
• Your full name
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return
We will provide instructions on how to return your item(s).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The item is faulty
• The item is damaged upon arrival
• We sent the incorrect item
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Braw Boutique cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. This is standard practice among online retailers. 
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any reasonable return postage costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 working days from confirmation:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your card provider or bank.

Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act. UK consumers generally have a legal right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving goods.
